New Clubhouse - Update!

Building Update - 01/10/2011

Infrastructure Electric – Installed into the clubhouse. Sewer – New sewer line installed from Red Lonning into the clubhouse. Water – Pipework installed from Round Close into the clubhouse – ongoing works to test and commission. BT – Will commence installation when ducts are laid Gas – Installed to outside the clubhouse – some final connection and testing and commissioning to do.

Building Works These are substantially complete to the clubhouse, window installation should commence mid October onwards. The electrical contract has been let to Margrange Electrical who will start works on site on begining of November. The mechanical contract is still under tender review and will be let in the next 2 weeks with a November start on site anticipated. The suspended ceiling contract is going out to tender and will be let in the next 3 weeks with a November start on site anticipated. Joinery works are ongoing Plastering works will commence a couple of weeks after M+E is fix is done. The kitchen fit out contract has been let to G&M Supplies – site installation will be early next year. We are currently looking at locker design/package, access control, Multi media control, sound systems……the list is endless!

External Works The site cabins have been relocated to allow work to commence to the access road, car park and ponds to the right of the 8th Fairway. The site is quite busy and all works are progressing well,
